- Participants with conditions such as high fever, extreme hypertension, malignant tumours, cancer, liver, kidney or circulation disorders, risk of haemorrhaging, anaemia, congestive heart failure, recent stroke or heart attack, pregnancy or diabetes should consult a doctor before entering the pools
- Participants who have recently had surgery or have open wounds should refrain from bathing until fully healed and cleared by a medical professional
