What you can expect
The scenery of North Queensland is spectacular and what better way to enjoy it than on a private half-day tour from Port Douglas to the Daintree Rainforest and Mossman Gorge. This half-day tour has a strong focus on Indigenous culture and is even escorted by a local Aboriginal guide. During the tour, you'll learn about the significance of the land to Kuku Yalanji people. Try your hand at throwing a boomerang, spearfishing and taste some bush tucker during a guided rainforest walk. A morning tea or afternoon tea plus hotel transfers from Port Douglas, Mossman and Daintree Village is included in your private charter.

- Half day tours are a shortened version and either touring in the morning or afternoon

- Each tour is operated with a minimum of 2 passengers and a maximum of 11 passengers
- Tours are unavailable Christmas Days, Boxing Day, News Years Day and any culturally significant days __SIGHTSEEING TOURS__
- Explores the region further north, crossing the Daintree River by ferry and reaching Cape Tribulation – renowned as “where the rainforest meets the reef”, stopping for guided walks and a swim in a freshwater creek. __CULTURAL TOURS__
- Explores the region from Daintree Village south, primarily around Mossman, including Mossman Gorge or a freshwater stream and Cooya Beach or other coastal environment. Tour includes a walk along the coastline with spears and learning the traditional hunting techniques.
- __Shared Charter:__
- Any bookings cancelled four (4) days of booking date, will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Any bookings cancelled within two (2) day of booking date, and including any no shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
- __Private Charter:__
- Any bookings cancelled within seven (7) days of booking date, will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Any bookings cancelled within four (4) days of booking date, and including any no shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
- No refund can be given for any unused services or early departures.
- All bookings made by an agent must be cancelled by your booking agent.
- An administration fee may apply to cancellations.
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
