- The Captain’s Club experience is only available Monday to Friday at 8.00 am. Please note in Summer months (October– March) the tour will commence at 7.30 am

- The Museum is open 8am-3pm (1 Apr-4 Oct 2026) and 8am-1pm (5 Oct 26-Mar 27)

- Guided tour is four hours in duration
- This experience takes place at the Qantas Founders Museum, Sir Hudson Fysh Drive, Longreach, QLD 4730.
- Closed-toe shoes.
- Guests are recommended to wear long pants or shorts as you will be wearing harnesses for the Wing Walk on the Boeing 747 and 707.
- Senior pricing is available with a valid Aged Pension or Seniors Card
- Students must show a valid Student ID; minimum age of 12 years
- Participants aged between 12 and 17 must be accompanied by a paying guardian
- Closed-in shoes are compulsory
- All participants must complete an indemnity form
- This experience can be done over two days (tour on one and museum on the next) with prior arrangement
- This tour requires a minimum of booking 72 hours prior.
- Minimum of 2 passengers and Max. of 8 passengers per tour.
- Change your booking up to 72 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 72 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
