- Outdoor Movement Session: Take part in a non-contact, boxing-inspired session designed to release tension, improve focus and reconnect with your body. No experience needed, and all equipment is provided
- Earth Room Experience: Step into a calming sensory space filled with natural elements, gentle sound and grounding atmosphere, perfect for slowing down and resetting
- Integration and Reset Session: Work with your practitioner to process the experience and learn simple techniques to support balance and wellbeing
- Refreshments: Relax with a dessert and your choice of drink in a peaceful setting
- Take Home Toolkit: Receive practical techniques and tools to continue your wellness journey beyond your visit
